One more thing: Our mailboxes are often overloaded. And since our spiritual work is purely voluntary, we are very busy. We will answer every serious email, but we ask for your understanding if you sometimes have to wait a while for an answer. 

If you have a general question, you will get a quicker answer if you ask in the forum.

Please make sure that your emails to us have a meaningful subject. Emails without a subject or with a general subject like “Hello” or “Important” may be mistaken for spam and deleted.

Sometimes email providers will classify an email as spam and put it in the spam folder or, in the worst case, not deliver it at all, even if you have sent us an email and it is only natural to wait for a reply. It may help to whitelist our email address above or add it to your email address book. And of course always check your spam folder!
